As soon as reasonably practicable after making an order1 the Coal Authority2 had to submit it to the appropriate national authority3 for confirmation and publish a notice in the prescribed form identifying the right of way in question and stating:
(1) that the Authority had made an order that would suspend the right of way in connection with the working of coal by opencast operations4 and had submitted the order for confirmation to the appropriate national authority5;
(2) whether the applicant for the order was to make any alternative way available and, if so, what the alternative was6;
