An enforcement order may be either final or provisional1. An enforcement order requires the person to whom it relates (according to the circumstances of the case) to do, or not to do, such things as are specified in the order2. It takes effect at such time, being the earliest practicable time, as is determined by or under the order3, and may be revoked at any time by the Coal Authority4.
Where the Authority is satisfied (1) that any person is carrying on, or is likely to carry on, any coal-mining operations5 in contravention6 of the statutory requirement for such operations
