Additional compensation payable under the Opencast Coal Act 1958 on the reoccupation of a holding qualifying for compensation as agricultural land1 accrues due on the date when the person entitled to compensation2 enters into occupation, if after the end of the period of occupation3, and at the end of the period of occupation in any other case4. If the compensation is not paid within the period of 30 days beginning with the date on which it accrues due, it is payable together with interest5
