108. Information to be kept confidential by the Coal Authority.

It is the duty of the Coal Authority1 to establish and maintain such arrangements as it considers best calculated to secure that information which (1) is in its possession in consequence of either the carrying out of any of its functions or the transfer to it, in accordance with a restructuring scheme2, of any records3; and (2) relates to the affairs of any individual or to any particular business4, is not, during the lifetime of that individual or so long as that business continues to be carried on, disclosed to any person without the consent of that individual or,
