Where (1) any part of the land1 comprised in a compulsory rights order2 was held, immediately before the date of entry3, under a farm business tenancy4; (2) there have been provided in relation to the land which is both so comprised and so held ('the tenant's land') tenant's improvements5 in respect of which, immediately before that date, the tenant had a prospective right to compensation6 on quitting the holding7 on the termination8 of the tenancy9; (3) at the end of the period of occupation10, the tenant's land has lost the benefit of any such improvement11; and (4) immediately after
