A person must not disclose any information which he has received in pursuance of the Deep Sea Mining Act 1981 and which relates to any other person except: (1) with the written consent of that other person1; or (2) to the Treasury, the Commissioners for Revenue and Customs or the Secretary of State2; or (3) with a view to the institution of or otherwise for the purposes of any criminal proceedings under this Act or regulations made under this Act
