In any case where (1) immediately before 1 September 19751 the National Coal Board2 had a right3 to withdraw support from any land4; and (2) after that date that land has been damaged by the working of coal5 in the exercise of the right to withdraw support conferred by the Coal Industry Act 19756 or the Coal Industry Act 1994, 7any person interested in that land may claim compensation for that damage in accordance with the terms and conditions
