929.     Withdrawal of consent.

Where the consent of a patient1 to any treatment has been given2, the patient may3 at any time before completion of the treatment withdraw his consent; the statutory provisions then apply to the remainder of the treatment as if it were a separate form of treatment4.

Where the consent of a patient to any treatment has been given5 but before the completion of the treatment the patient ceases to be capable of understanding its nature, purpose and likely effects6, the patient must7 be treated
