A supervisory body1 may only select a person to carry out an assessment in any individual case where the person is:
(1) not financially interested2 in the care of the relevant person3;
(2) not a relative4 of the relevant person5; and
(3) not a relative of a person who is financially interested6 in the care of the relevant person7.
