If a standard authorisation1 has been given and has not ceased to be in force the supervisory body2 may at any time carry out a review3 of the standard authorisation4. It must carry out such a review if requested to do so by an eligible person5 and an eligible person may, at any time, request the supervisory body to carry out such a review6. The managing authority7 of the relevant hospital or care home8 must make such a request if one or more of the qualifying requirements9 appear to them to be reviewable
