915. Restrictions on discharge by nearest relative.

An order for the discharge1 of a community patient, or a patient2 who is liable to be detained in a hospital3, may not be made4 by his nearest relative5, except after giving not less than 72 hours' notice in writing to the managers6 of the hospital7.
