Where the court makes a hospital order1, it must not pass a sentence of imprisonment2 or impose a fine or make a community order3 or a youth rehabilitation order4, in respect of the offence5, nor6 may it make a referral order7 in respect of the offence8, nor make in respect of the offender an order relating to the binding over of a parent or guardian9, although it may make any other order10 which it has power
