Any person who suffers or has suffered from mental disorder1 and on account of that condition is either resident in a hospital or other similar institution or regularly attends for treatment by a medical practitioner, any person for the time being under guardianship under the Mental Health Act 1983, 2or subject to a community treatment order3; or any person who lacks capacity4, is ineligible for jury service5.
