715.     Duty to keep records and give copies and information.

The following apply where an urgent authorisation1 is given2.

The managing authority3 must keep a written record of why it has been given and, as soon as practicable after giving the authorisation, the managing authority must give a copy of the authorisation to the relevant person4 and any section 39A IMCA5.
