If a request is made for a standard authorisation1 and the supervisory body2 are required3 to give the standard authorisation4, the supervisory body must5 give a copy of the authorisation to each of the following:
(1) the relevant person's representative6;
(2) the managing authority of the relevant hospital or care home7;
(3) the relevant person8;
(4) any section 39A IMCA9;
(5) every interested person10 consulted by the best interests assessor11.
