Where the Secretary of State1 gives a transfer direction in respect of any person2, he may, if he thinks fit3, by warrant further direct that that person is to be subject to the same special restrictions on discharge as would be imposed by a restriction order made by a court4; and, where the Secretary of State gives a transfer direction in respect of a person committed or remanded in custody awaiting trial or sentence
