Where the following conditions1 are met the authority for transfer given in accordance with those conditions2 is sufficient authority for the following persons to take the patient and convey him to the hospital3 to which the patient4 is being transferred within the periods specified:
(1) in a case where a hospital patient is being transferred to another hospital5 an officer of the managers6 of either hospital or any authorised person7 within the period of 28 days beginning with the date of the authority for transfer8;
(2) in a case where a guardianship patient is transferred to hospital9, an officer
