A community treatment order1 must specify conditions to which the patient2 is to be subject while the order remains in force3. The order must specify a condition that the patient make himself available for examination4 and a condition that, if it is proposed to give a certificate in respect of treatment5 in his case, he make himself available for examination so as to enable the certificate to be given6.
