682. Change in supervisory responsibility.

If a standard authorisation1 has been given and has not ceased to be in force and there is a change in supervisory responsibility2 but no change in the place of detention3 the new supervisory body becomes the supervisory body in relation to the authorisation4.

Anything done by or in relation to the old supervisory body in connection with the authorisation has effect, so far as is necessary for continuing its effect after the change, as if done by or in relation to the new supervisory body5.
