To start a review of the standard authorisation1, the supervisory body2 must decide which, if any, of the qualifying requirements3 appear to be reviewable4.
If the supervisory body is to carry out a review of the standard authorisation, it must give notice5 of the review to the relevant person6, the relevant person's representative7 and the managing authority of the relevant hospital or care home8.
