Until a day to be appointed the following provisions have effect1. Where a body corporate has been convicted of the offence of unlawfully carrying on the business of dentistry2, or the name of a director of a body corporate is erased from the register3 for crime or serious professional misconduct4, or a director is convicted for unlawfully practising dentistry5 or for carrying on the business of dentistry6, the professional conduct committee7 may direct that the exemption from the restriction on carrying on the business of dentistry8 is to cease to extend to that body as from a date specified
