An exempt person1, who is lawfully established in a relevant European state other than the United Kingdom2 as a member of one of the relevant professions3, is entitled to be registered in the part of the register relating to the established profession; and the registrar must give effect to the entitlement4. If the exempt person has the right to practise in the United Kingdom on a temporary basis5 and is entitled to be registered, but is not registered in the part of the register relating to the established profession, he must be treated as being registered in that part
