The Human Tissue Authority1 may vary a licence2:
(1) on application by the holder of a licence, so as to substitute another individual for the designated individual3, if the application is made with the consent of the other individual and the Authority is satisfied that the other individual is a suitable person to supervise the licensed activity4;
