(1) several sittings of the investigation committee, a medical practitioners tribunal or an interim orders tribunal1are required to enable the committee or a tribunal to dispose of a case2; or
(2) on an appeal to the relevant court3 the case is remitted to the registrar4 for him to refer the case to the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service5 for them to arrange for a medical practitioners tribunal to dispose of the case in accordance with directions given by the court6,
