297. Validity of proceedings.

Where:

  1.  

    (1)     several sittings of the investigation committee, a medical practitioners tribunal or an interim orders tribunal1are required to enable the committee or a tribunal to dispose of a case2; or

  2.  

    (2)     on an appeal to the relevant court3 the case is remitted to the registrar4 for him to refer the case to the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service5 for them to arrange for a medical practitioners tribunal to dispose of the case in accordance with directions given by the court6,

the validity of the proceedings on the case before the committee or tribunal, as the case may be, may not
