The following transplantation activities are lawful if done in Wales with appropriate consent1:
(1) storing the body of a deceased person for use for the purpose of transplantation;
(2) removing from the body of a deceased person, for use for that purpose, any relevant material2 of which the body consists or which it contains;
(3) storing for use for that purpose any relevant material which has come from a human body3;
(4) using for that purpose any relevant material which has come from a human body4
