715. The statutory committees.

The General Council1 must establish and maintain the four statutory committees referred to in the Osteopaths Act 1993, namely the education committee, the investigating committee, the professional conduct committee and the health committee2.

The General Council may make rules regulating the procedure of the statutory committees3 and their sub-committees (if any) including, in particular, provision as to rules of evidence to be observed in proceedings before any such committee or sub-committee4.
