The registrar1 must enter in the register2 against the full name of each registrant his personal identification number3, his address for correspondence4, any registrable qualification5 including any mark which denotes his field of practice as it applies to that qualification6, and any recordable qualification7. The registrar may enter on the register any other information which is material to a registrant's registration8. The registrar must keep the register electronically in a form and manner which guards against falsification and must take all reasonable steps to ensure that only he, and such persons as have been authorised by him in writing
