The following applies to an exempt person1 who is lawfully established as a chiropractor in a relevant European state2 other than the United Kingdom3 ('state A')4.
If the exempt person has the benefit of certain European provisions5 in connection with the provision by him of services as a chiropractor in the United Kingdom on a temporary and occasional basis (the person having complied with any requirements imposed6 in connection with the provision by him of services as a chiropractor) then he is entitled to be registered as a temporarily registered chiropractor7; and the registrar8 must give effect to the entitlement9.
