Where the registrar1 is satisfied that a registrant2 has failed to comply with the requirements or conditions of the CPD framework3 or has made a false declaration about compliance with the requirements or conditions of the CPD framework the registrar may decide to:
(1) impose on the registrant a requirement to take one or more remedial measures4 in connection with the registrant's CPD5; or
(2) remove the registrant's entry from Part 1, 2, 4 or 5 of the register (as the case may be)6; or
(3) remove an annotation in respect of a specialisation made to the registrant's entry
