In the exercise of its general function1, the General Pharmaceutical Council2 must:
(a) programmes or courses in respect of, or any combination of, education, training or experience required in order to obtain an annotation in respect of a specialisation3;
(b) the amount and type of education, training and experience required in order to obtain an annotation in respect of a specialisation4;
(c) the education, training and experience that is necessary to address fitness to practise matters5;
