The following decisions may be reviewed by the registrar1:
(1) a decision not to refer an allegation2 to a medical and a lay case examiner3 or, for any other reason, that an allegation should not proceed4 beyond initial consideration and referral of allegations5;
(2) a decision not to refer an allegation to the investigation committee or to the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) for them to arrange for it to be considered by a medical practitioners tribunal6;
(3) a decision to issue7 a warning8; or
(4) a decision to cease consideration of an allegation upon receipt of undertakings9 from
