Where the health committee1 proposes to exercise its powers to review conditions of practice orders and suspension orders2, the committee may by notice3 given by the registrar4 request the relevant chiropractor5 to attend before it even if that chiropractor has not requested so to appear6. In determining the steps to be taken in respect of such a review, the committee must not take into account any evidence or other matters relating to issues of fact unless the relevant chiropractor has been given an opportunity to consider and comment on the evidence or other matter, by the registrar providing him
