Where the entry of a person in the register1 has been removed from the register under certain circumstances2 the registrar3 may, upon an application being made to the registrar by that person, restore that person to the register in such circumstances as may be prescribed4.
The General Pharmaceutical Council may make provision in rules as it considers appropriate in connection with the application for such restoration5. Such rules have been made and provide that applicants for the restoration of an entry under Part 1, or as the case may be Part 2, of the register may apply to the registrar
