A person who has failed to renew his registration as a chiropractor1 is entitled to have his entry restored to the register2 on payment, except in the case of temporary registration, of the prescribed3 fee4. The registrar5 may require a person applying for restoration to the register to provide all or any of the information which is to be provided in connection with an application for retention
