The presenter1 and the registrant are entitled to be heard by the committee2. The registrant may be represented by solicitor or counsel3, a representative from his professional body or trade union4, or any other person5. Where the registrant is not represented, he may be accompanied and advised by any person, provided that such person is not entitled to address the committee without its permission6.
