The General Pharmaceutical Council1 may make such provision in rules as it considers appropriate in connection with applications by registrants for voluntary removal of an entry from any part of the register2.
If the registrar3:
(1) sends by first class post to the registrant a notice addressed to the registrant at his last known home address inquiring whether he has changed the name under which he practises, ceased to practise as a pharmacist or, as the case may be, a pharmacy technician and intends to apply4 for voluntary removal from the register or changed
