Without prejudice to his powers to remove the name of a person from the register1, the registrar2 may remove the name of a chiropractor from the register upon written3 application made by or on behalf of the chiropractor stating the grounds of the application, accompanied by a statutory declaration4 that the applicant is not aware of any matter which could give rise to an allegation5 which might lead to the removal of his name from the register6.
