The remedial measures that the registrar may impose1 on a registrant2 in connection with the registrant's CPD3 are:
(1) a requirement for the registrant to make entries in the registrant's CPD record4 in the form and manner specified in the CPD framework5;
(2) a requirement for the registrant to make entries in the registrant's CPD record that accurately reflect the CPD activities already undertaken by the registrant6;
(3) a requirement for the registrant to undertake additional CPD activities7;
(4) a requirement for the registrant to undertake CPD activities which relate to the safe and effective practice of pharmacy8;
