If the Secretary of State1 advises the registrar2 that an emergency has occurred, is occurring or is about to occur and that action should be considered under provisions providing for such circumstances, the registrar may enter in Part 3 of the register3 premises, or premises comprising a specified group of premises4, with regard to the emergency5. Temporary annotations may be made to those entries designating that pharmacy, or a group of pharmacies, as places from which drugs, medicines and appliances may be ordered in a specified capacity6.
