The register1 must show, in relation to each registered chiropractor2, whether he is registered3 with full, conditional, provisional or temporary registration4, and the address at which he has his practice or principal practice or, if he is not practising, such address as may be prescribed5. The General Council6 may make rules7 in connection with registration and the register and as to the payment of fees8. The rules may, in particular, make provision as to:
(1) the form and keeping of the register9;
(2) the form and manner in which applications for registration are to be made10;
(3) the documentary
