A person's first registration period1 begins on the day on which he is first registered2 in the part of the register3 concerned4 and ends on the last day of the month of registration in the third calendar year after the year in which he was first registered5. Any subsequent registration in another part of the register ends on the same date6.
In respect of any registrant, a registration period subsequent to the first registration period begins on the day after the previous registration period ends and ends on the third anniversary of the day the previous registration period ended7. However,
