A person registered under the provisions relating to the registration of overseas practitioners1 is entitled to have registered the acceptable overseas qualification2 which he holds when he is so registered3. He is also entitled to have registered: (1) any overseas qualification which the General Medical Council4 determines ought to be so registrable which he holds when he is registered or obtains thereafter5; (2) any additional qualification which the Council determines ought to be so registrable which he holds when he is registered or obtains
