The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority1 must keep a register which is to contain any information which is obtained by the Authority2 which relates to:
(1) the provision for any identifiable individual of treatment services other than basic partner treatment services3;
(2) the procurement or distribution of any sperm, other than sperm which is partner-donated sperm4 and has not been stored, in the course of providing non-medical fertility services for any identifiable individual5;
(3) the keeping of the gametes6 of any identifiable individual or of an embryo7 taken from any identifiable woman8;
