Where the Health and Care Professions Council1 refers a register entry allegation2 to the investigating committee3, the Council must send notice of the allegation to: (1) where known, the employer of the health professional4 or any other person with whom he has an arrangement to provide professional services5; (2) where known, any other body by which the health professional is authorised to practise a health or social care profession6; and (3) the appropriate authority7.
