Where an allegation is referred to the investigation committee1 and that committee determines that the allegation ought to be heard by the fitness to practise committee2, or the person concerned has requested a referral, the matter must be referred to the fitness to practise committee3.
Where the investigating committee has disposed of a case by agreeing undertakings with the registrant4 and the undertakings are not complied with, the investigating committee may refer the matter to the fitness to practise committee5.
