Until a day to be appointed the following provisions have effect1. Where, in the course of proceedings relating to a registered dentist2 before the continuing professional development committee3, it appears to the committee that:
(1) the fitness of the registered dentist to practise may be seriously impaired by reason of his physical or mental condition4;
(2) he may have been convicted of a criminal offence5; or
(3) he may have been guilty of serious professional misconduct6
