Where any allegation is made against a registered chiropractor1 to the effect that: (1) he has been guilty of conduct which falls short of the standard required of a registered chiropractor2; (2) he has been guilty of professional incompetence3; (3) he has been convicted at any time in the United Kingdom4 of a criminal offence5; or (4) his ability to practise as a chiropractor is seriously impaired because of his physical or mental condition6, then the provisions below apply7.
