A person is entitled1 to be registered under a particular title in the dental care professionals register2 if he satisfies the registrar3: (1) in a case where the title concerned applies to the profession pursued by clinical dental technicians, dental hygienists, dental nurses, dental technicians, dental therapists or orthodontic therapists (a) of matter A, B or C, and (b) of matter D4; and (2) in any other case (a) of matter A or C, and (b) of matter D5.
