As regards dentists qualified in the United Kingdom1, a person who is a graduate or licentiate in dentistry of one of the dental authorities2 is entitled to be registered in the register3, subject to his satisfying the registrar4 as to his identity5, that he is of good character6, that he has the necessary knowledge of English7; and that he is in good health, both physically and mentally8.
The registrar, within the period of one month beginning with the date of receipt of the application, must acknowledge receipt of the application and inform the applicant of any missing document required
