The following provisions apply to any institution by which, or under whose direction: (1) any relevant course of study1 is, or is proposed to be, given2; (2) any examination is, or is proposed to be, held in connection with any such course3; or (3) any test of competence is, or is proposed to be, conducted in connection with any such course or for any other purpose connected with the Chiropractors Act 19944.
Whenever required to do so by the education committee5, any such institution must give to the committee such information as the committee may reasonably require in connection with
